How Zimbabwean schools are examined
Zimbabwe's national examinations are set by ZIMSEC, and a large share of private and trust schools also enter pupils for Cambridge examinations.
EduX records marks under whichever grading scale your school uses — including running two schemes side by side — and prints your report cards. It does not submit entries to ZIMSEC or Cambridge.

Do we need a server or an IT technician in the school?
No. The system is fully cloud-based and opens in a browser on any device. There is no server, no UPS and no manual backup — hosting, updates and backups are our responsibility.

Can we record mobile money and cash payments?
Yes. A payment is logged against the student's account with its method — cash, bank transfer or mobile money — and a numbered receipt is issued. The system records the payment; it does not act as the mobile money service itself.
Can we bill in one currency and take payment in another?
The fee plan is set in the currency your school prices in, and each payment is recorded with its amount and method against the same student account. Tell us how your school currently bills and we will show you the exact setup before you commit.
What happens if fees are revised during the year?
A fee plan can be adjusted or a supplementary charge added during the year while the record of payments already received stays intact, and the arrears figure recalculates rather than being retyped.
Will it work on a weak connection?
Yes. The interface is light and designed for limited bandwidth, and can be opened from a phone on mobile data.
Does it support more than one campus?
